What Kind Of People Are These?

I just read in todays Charleston Daily Mail (our state newspaper) about a 23 year old black woman was abused for a week. This is such a sad article. Evidently there were six people who abused her. The abuse was physical, mental and sexual. Of the six people who were supposed to have commited the crime, two of them are mother and son. Another two of them are mother and daughter.  I am not even comfortable telling all the things that they say happened to this woman.

  The FBI has entered the case. They are still deciding if Hate crimes will be added to the list of charges. Most of them have criminal records.

 There is a video of the interview with the Sheriff.

The dailymail article is frightening. 

This news article made me sick to my stomach. The things that happened to this woman is just cruel on so many levels. She is alive but in the hopital. They state that she cries all the time. I don't doubt that at all, Do you?

feel very sorry for that woman. And the fact that the abusers are mother and son, mother and daughter is very sickening.
Oh wow, that's just sick... it's horrible how that poor woman was treated.

Mom, Lewis sent us the link from FOX News early this morning about this story. Then, Ron sent me a link from the Daily Mail. Then, I saw a story on CNN about it. It's terrible and disgusting and horrifying and various other adjectives. Those people are sick!!!

Lynn hit the nail on the head - they are pigs. Although I don't know if we want to insult a cute little pig like that! I know animals that wouldn't even treat a human being that way. Some people really blow me away. Why on earth would you want to do such a terrible thing to another life.

These are not people; they are monsters. I hope they get the just punishment that they deserve and to pull the old "insanity plea" and get out only to do it again. I think we need to start lettng the punishment fit the crime and maybe there would not be so many repeat offenders.

I saw this on the news last night and was absolutly stunned. It is bad enough for one human being to do this to another, but this was a whole group!

I hated that they were in WV.
I feel so bad for the woman. I want to cry. How can anyone hate someone that much to hurt them like that? It was a hate crime pure and simple. I hope they through the book at the criminals.

I saw pictures of those people, and I was shocked! They look like what a casting director would pick if he was looking for a bunch of inbred, mentally ill, holler people! I'm not usually so critical of people, but what they did to that young woman is beyond the scope of a normal mind to conceive of!!
