The ultimate spinmaster. This guy is obviously a pro at what he does. He lives to make people look like idiots. He puts obvious mistakes in his comments that are out of context and when someone points them out, he can back up his obvious mistakes and prove that they aren't mistakes, even though they are obvious mistakes. He also has the ability to prove that he didn't make a comment that he actually did and he has the ability to prove that he didn't make that comment even though he did.
He asks questions that are so twisted and spun around that it takes most people an hour or so to analyze his questions and when someone actually answers one of his questions, he turns it all around and makes them look like a fool. He also has the ability to prove that he didn't actually ask the question in the first place, even though it's obvious that he did.
This spinmaster has such a history of making people look like fools that most people are afraid to debate with him. He also has a talent for asking questions during a discussion that are an obvious attempt to derail the discussion and when someone points this out, he denys that he's attemting the discussion while at the same time being successful in derailing the conversation. Once he has successfully derailed the conversation, anyone who has challenged or debated with him during the discussion is at his mercy and he's a pro at making them look like the bad guys.
I have often thought that this spinmaster was being paid by a political organization or perhaps a corporation to comment here on Gather. I've also wondred if this spinmaster just might be getting his kicks from making people look like fools. Either way, he's obviously a pro at what he does.
What this spinmaster actually does for a living is a mystery. I've asked the spinmaster what he does for a living several times and of course, he has refused to answer that question. Being the spinmaster that he is, he has accused me of attempting to bully him into answering that question. Here again he has turned this question back on me in an attempt to make me look like the bad guy for asking him that question.
What makes this guy so dangerous is the fact that somebody who just happens to stumble across one of the threads where the spinmaster has spun his materly web just might actually believe the guy.
I'm not going to expose the spinmaster's Gather screen name. Anyone who has followed this guy around knows who he is.

I've not been on Gather for long, but I came across this really slippery guy on my first day. He could easily be the spinMaster of the Universe.

I like debating people with level heads. You are probably one of them. I don't promote ignoring those who post spin comments but responding to them in an articulate way usually shuts them up.

H.G. ..since nobody has actually provided a dead Sasquatch, there is no proof that the Sasquatch has ever existed. I think that the spinmaster could clone himself into millions and kill all of the clones and present the bodies as evidence and also prove that there wern't any dead bodies in the first place, even though the bodies are right there as proof.

I'm married to Jonathan G. and I can tell you that he's not Wil B. I've never met Wil B., but if he's succeeded in making people look like fools, is it not because he has a point of view that he backs up with facts and thoughtful, cogent arguments? Is this what you mean by a "spinmaster"?
I'm not at all sure if he may just be some little kid getting his kicks from all of this.
I haven't seen any 'facts' that he has posted to back up anything that he spews. Just good ol' 'outback' opinion about what AMERICANS should do. In fact, he has stated that he does not like to bother with posting links and such, and would rather the rest of us waste our time doing the research to further detract from the issue(s) at hand. It's just a game he plays. More like a hobby.
