Hi out there! How was your day? Mine started out pretty hectic but slowed down once the morning was through.
While hubby stayed home with 2 kids, I took 2 and headed off to Walmart for some groceries. Since I got there early before churches let out, we breezed through for a change! Then we barely had time to put all the food away before heading off to church ourselves, for the kids' Sunday school orientation day.
We headed back home and watched "Blades of Glory" together. What a hoot! If you like Will Ferrell & Jon Heder, you will enjoy this. If you aren't into silly humor, skip it. I thought it was a hilarious, well done movie (produced by Ben Stiller).
Still trying to get my abdominal symptoms regulated. The Rx is definitely helping but the doc said it would take at least the 10 days before it really started kicking in, and then I can refill it as needed, either for flare-ups only or for a thrice-daily permanent med. So we have to just wait it out and see how this goes. At least it isn't as bad as it was before.
Well, the bills are paid, the backpacks gone through, the clothes laid out for morning, dinner cleaned up . . . so now once I get the kids put to bed, my time will be all my own. And that is a rare and lovely thing!

Elf is a movie we watch just about once a month if not more!
