Camping Items 101

My husband and I are going on a camp-out next weekend (WITHOUT OUT KIDS)!! YIPPEE! It will be a nice relaxing get-away.

I need help on making a list of stuff to take. So help me out all you veteran campers.

I will start the list of things we do have:

5 man tent

cooler

lawn chairs

Help me out on any items you think are important to take on a camp-out!!!

Clean socks for every day you are going to be there, as well as clean underwear. Layering clothes for chilly mornings and evenings. Chocolate, graham crackers and marshmallows. Ziploc bags (the big ones) for wet stuff or for packaging things you don't want to get on other stuff when you go home. A percolator for making coffee. 5 gallon jug of water for brushing teeth and washing your face/hands. A sleeping pad if for nothing more than to keep your body off the cold ground. A table for preparing food.

Oh my god. Thank you guys so much. I am going to have to get started on gathering some of this stuff. It sounds like I am going to have to take a U-haul!!!! ha ha ha
We do have a tarp, and blankets and sleeping bags.
And I thought of another really really important thing for my husband.............
OFF spray!! The mosquitos don't bother me, but the bite the $@%@$% out of my husband!!!!!
