Although Salami Day would be the tastiest, I'll probably go with Google Comemmoration Day, since I've already used Gmail this morning, and will probably search for something at least once on Google today. :)
I'm going to celebrate it just being Friday, and the fact that my husband has offered to cook us some authentic southern fried chicken for dinner, giving me another day off from dinner duty. Oh yeah, and my brother's 55th birthday.
