Dennis Kucinich visited Syria on a trip to the mid-east and while their bashed President Bush and praised the Country of Syria. Problem there is Syria is one of the leading state sponsers of terrorims. This is why Dennis is completly out of his league. Lets all just run around and pretend terrorism is not real. Actually, it's the GOP that's wrong for America and out of touch with the world. The way to stop global terrorism is not to pretend that the nations that we happen to favor don't have anything to do with it, or attack nations that don't allow it within their borders, but rather, to engage the world community, ESPECIALLY those nations that are believed to support terrorism, such as Saudi Arabia, for instance.
You people have had your way for 6 years now with this BS "war on terra," and you've only succeeded in making us far less safe. Time for the grown ups to take over now.
Try the most recent NIE report, for starters. Global terrorism has increased exponentially since 2001, virtually nothing has been done in this country to make us one tiny bit more secure, we're bogged down in an unwinnable fiasco in Iraq, al Qaeda is left alone and growing stronger in Pakistan, and Saudi Arabia continues to fund al Qaeda, and they also continue to train new and upcoming America haters in their radical fundamentalist Islamic schools.

Because she's a deer in the headlights. She THINKS she's doing the democrats a favor by refusing to address impeachment, but in fact, she's sealing their doom. She has NO idea how angry the electorate is over this criminal white house and their criminal occupation of the white house and Iraq.
That's not her choice to decide. She is in violation of her own oath of office. Bush has committed impeachable offenses. Any congress person who refuses to acknowledge that and proceed with articles of impeachment is in violation of their oath. I hope Cindy Sheehan can unseat her in 08.
Check your constitution. Articles of impeachment are NOT drawn in the house only when insurmountable proof of criminal acts is uncovered. The act of impeachment is THE INVESTIGATION INTO ALLEGATIONS of wrongdoing. There is MORE than ample evidence that allegations of wrongdoing on multiple fronts are well worth investigating.

Can you not see that what you suggest provides an automatic acceptance of the Administration's policies? If attacks do not occur; We must continue down this path of spying, secrecy, occupation of nations, and infringement of long standing Constitutional rights . . . If attacks do occur, then quite naturally; We must continue down this path of spying, secrecy, occupation of nations, and infringement on long standing Constitutional rights.
What would lead you to believe that because security agencies are doing what security agencies always do, that Mr. Bush's policies are to be lauded? How are we to know either that his policies are the reason this or that "plot" is uncovered, or that some other policy might not prevent attacks just as well, while actually reducing the likelihood of "plotting" to begin with?
All those thousands of security agency and police personnel would not be just sitting on their hands, waiting for some grand permission from the President to do their jobs, if Mr Bush was not spouting politically loaded platitudes. You know better than that.
Consider this quote from the man yesterday:

Now, does that actually make sense to you? Is it even rational to think Al Qaeda would NOT "bother" to mention Iraq at this point? Well no, that is clearly an insane concept. Is there not some point at which it is reasonable to conclude that these folks will literally say ANYTHING to justify their policies, even things which are patently absurd? Do you really think they would NOT claim it is their policies that stopped those particular "plotters", or any others?
If it doesn't really matter what happens, or what anyone says . . . that we are to come to the very same conclusions regardless . . . then this man is simply telling us what to think. And he is telling us we must think he is right, come what may . . .
