Nicole Kidman Had a Miscarriage Before

I didn't know Nicole Kidman had a miscarriage (with Mr. Cruise) a long time ago. I feel really bad for her. She has always wanted babies. It must have been very traumatic.

By the way, I really dislike the cover photo of her for Vanity Fair (see the article link). Nicole has always been graceful and elegant in my perception. But this photo makes her look low-class. I don't know why. Maybe it's just me.

From what I've read, she's actually had more than 1 miscarriage.

aww, It's Vanity Fair, not Lawn & Garden. I think she looks great. She is 40 years old! Any 40 year old that can bare her bra for Vanity Fair has my complete endorsement.

I knew about the miscarriages, that is a big reason why she and Cruise adopted. As for the cover.. eh. Not MY favorite picture of her by a long shot... but she looks fabulous and if she wants to flash her bra, it really doesn't matter to me. I'd hope that she did it for her own reasons, because she wanted to and not because she felt she had to, was coerced, or has low self image. I'm of the opinion that there is nothing wrong with the human body. Doesn't mean I want to see everyone's goodies lol but I don't particularly care who's flashing 'em either. I still adore her acting. Good topic for debate though!

I remember when people complained about Cher's lack of clothing too. My answer then was, "Hey, if I paid that much to look that good, I'd wanna flaunt too!" lol

I agree. I think it did diminish her upperclass status in my eyes. That was more a Britney Spears kinda cover.
