Or is everyone else also struggling in finances? It seems like I can't keep up! We don't live outside our means, but it just keeps getting worse. All the prices of things going up and our paycheck staying the same doesn't help either. I'm just wondering if there was anyone else in the same boat I am.

We are in the same boat here 2! The price of living is just getting insane and then bank tellers stealing your $$$ doesnt help any either!

I feel like I'm about to go crazy! I hate balancing the check book more and more these days! Have your reported the tellers? It's hard enough, without someone stealing your money.

The utility companies, here, in Arizona, are getting ready to raise thier rates. They have been capped for years, and now the cap is being lifted. The price of natural gas is expected to rise 20%. That should take whatever anyone has managed to save pretty quickly. It would be nice if they would put some of that extra money back into infrastructure, but they won't. It will go to the shareholders.

That's the our Utilities here works. We're getting a new waterpark, but we the people have to pay for the water and the building of the thing. They should put their profits into their project, but then they wouldn't have their hefty paycheck.

Florida is bad too. I see so many signs for Houses (sale, rent, and sale forclourse). My family can't seem to keep any money saved up now too.

yes, my husband & I had both lost our jobs awhile ago - and finding new ones is proving to be tough. Luckily he was just hired. But it was & is very tough.

I just had a big drop in my income. I was a full time sitter for a little one who has gone to school and that 40 hour a week salary is gone. I'm 70 and have 6 stents in my heart so getting a job is not that easy. I'm back to watching the pennies and hoping the dollars will take care of themselves, as the old saying goes 'cause living on Social Security isn't the best way to go. I didn't plan for my retirement. Don't you younger people do that. Put something away, no matter how little and invest, invest, invest.

To many people are struggling from paycheck to paycheck. All it will take is one event thing to put them on the street.

I am too. Whenever we can, I try to save just in case we need it. I think the only reason we survive as well as we do is the fact that we own this house free and clear. That comes with a price though because our neighborhood sucks big time.
