Connect with your favorite candidate(s) who are on Gather today, and look for more official campaign groups to launch over the course of September. If you don't see your candidate on the site yet, let the campaign know you are looking for them or start your own grass roots group!

The candidate names you see above are those who have created official campaign groups on Gather at this time. We have reached out to and are looking forward to all of the campaigns creating Gather groups in the near future. We will make sure to let you know as other candidate groups launch.
Is this a reflection of the near total black-out of the RON PAUL campain by the corporate run media?
We have been in touch with all of the candidates and are trying hard to bring them all to the site. The candidate groups listed above represent those campaign groups launched by their official organizations. Others are still working on their groups and we will announce them as soon as they are live. In the meantime, please share the link to the Ron Paul group you are referencing and better yet let the campaign know that you would like to see more from him on Gather!

As Chris Carlisle said, Hillary Clinton has formed an official presence here on Gather. Here is a clickable link -- Hillary Clinton 2008.
Mike Huckabee created a Gather identity (not a group) back at the beginning of this last year when he stopped in for some chatting. Here is a clickable link to that member page -- Mike Huckabee -- he has not logged in since February 2007, but hopefully will be back.
Also, I totally agree with Janna R.; Gather should reach out to Stephen Colbert. His presence would be a great asset.
