I am looking for a menu plan that I can find on the net...or something like that. I need to get a budget going and I need help with the groceries. Do you have great ideas that you use?

Aside from that, there's the Hillbilly recipe site, which is items from scratch, usually fairly frugal menus.

Then, when the sales papers come in, we search all chicken dishes if chicken is on sale and write down 10 suggestions for the week's menu with some staples like grilled cheese if we have bread and cheese in the house.
We have a notebook with a monthly inventory of our freezers. (You only need to do this once if you update it.) I also have a dry erase board, but it's in the garage and it's too hot to keep it updated.
We cut our grocery bill from $800 a month, to around $450. That may seem high to some families-we are learning to cook and use a lot of Food Network recipes.
Good luck-I would love to hear how you find a way to do it.
