I had a vulture that lived at my house once. He used my phone and internet. He is the father of my kids! And your right, all that matters is he is gone!!!!!

I'm glad to hear your particular vultures are gone and hope they don't come back. Change the locks. Hope you have something LEFT after their invasion.

this one was the one that hubby & I had words over though... how dare he tell them they could come while he was away!?

he said no big deal... just let them take what they want. Fine. But then he started saying things like well, not the oil lamps ...and these tools, not those tools

I said I wasn't making those decisions.... not my family, not my responsibility and what the heck do I know about which tools he wants/doesn't want... either put what he wants separate, or take his chances.

I didn't even go out to the garage to see what they took. Too bad if it was something that he wanted.

I see the bratz came over to take stuff...that's terrible Flit...I'd change the locks...who knows when they may come back while both you and Ross are gone.

I didn't care about any of the stuff they took....

but I was irked that the ES just showed up without so much as a phone call or message (she's on my msn; it's not that hard) ....and that not one of them said thank-you ....not for the stuff, but for my time, for the coffee I gave them, for anything.

It is, my mommy always told me, polite to call before dropping in

The thing is - the feathered kind of vulture does a great service in nature - the human kind however, I am sure we can all live without.

I don't understand Flit. Isn't it polite for them to wait at least until you've used your clever pillow-over-face technique? If they're picking his bones before you've even had a chance to kill him, then I don't know what to say. Except perhaps trying acetylcholine in the coffee (it's an untraceable poison). er, I don't mean to suggest I think about ways to murder people a lot.. it just comes up in some reading i do.. from time to time.. occasionally...

Vultures of the familial type are the most difficult they have more power than they are entitled to and they have more gall the the folks we deal with on a day to day basis.

Change the locks Ms. Flit....I'd get a storage locker for a month or two...and hide some of the good stuff there....he,he....or at least the stuff you don't want them taking...

You know, people do shoot vultures....just a thought
