Two Steppin Taco Dip

1 container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

1 pkg. (1-1/4 oz.) TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Taco Seasoning Mix

1 medium tomato, chopped

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

MIX sour cream and seasoning mix until well blended. Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate or quiche dish.

COVER with layers of tomato, lettuce and cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.

I would use homemade taco seasoning mixture for this and I would buy a good cheddar and shred it in the food processor. This does sound good. Easy even with my changes.
