Even though you tried to put humor in this, the basic tone of this lovely poem is a sound message. I find this so warm, earthy and funny too. To joy and hope, then, William!!

Surely Elsie could get to Michigan without going through Ohio. She could go through Canada and pick up some Canadian ants on the way. Perhaps some cheap drugs also.
I also wish and angel would come clean up my bedroom. I bought some new sheets with my Mother's Day gift card. (I don't like to rush into purchases.) I put them on today and had to throw the 8354 pieces of paper and IMPORTANT items that I had stored on my bed into the floor. Perhaps while I am sleeping the angel on my pillow will clean up the mess.
I sometimes look at a word and it just doesn't see like it is spelled right. I think it's the computer screen. I don't have that problem with pen and paper.
