Resolving Negative Emotions
When we are stressed, negative feelings can be all consuming...and it can be hard to gain perspective on them. When you feel negativity, such as anger or frustration building up, try writing a letter to an imaginary friend. Explain the reasons for your emotions. Then, write a response, giving yourself advice on how to overcome the emotions and to deal practically with the events that triggered them.
Follow the advice as closely as you can.

I guess I have been living in a fog for far too long when it comes to Christianity, what can someone possibly learn from a religion that chants the same old words year after year, over and over again? Is there really a wonder why I am in the fog that is called religion in MY brain??

Demongirl - You are welcome! We all have negativity within, its in how you handle and channel it by turning all of that negative energy into the positive. I learned not too long ago that it takes far more energy to frown and think negatively than to do the opposite and feel good too. ;) The writing tablets are on their way...lol!

time I made the trash basket! Great idea yours was! I
now don't write letters because I don't need to do it
anymore. I have my Creator to talk to and I know He
listens and He does answer in different ways to help
me out of situations that arise. Thank You
