I'm a total screw up...

My parents told me 10 years ago...

Go to College or you'll make nothing of yourself.

I said...

Nah...I don't want to go to college.

I'm supposed to do something bigger than go to college.

College wouldn't help me get to where I wanted to be.

That was 10 years ago...I was 17.

So my parents said...

If you're not going to college then you best get yourself a J. O. B.

I said...

Nah...I don't want to get a job.

I'm supposed to do more with my life than YOU GUYS DID.

A job would only mean that I would be committed to doing something that I hated.

So my parents said...

If your not going to college and your not getting a job then your not living

under our roof.

COOL...Then I'll leave.

I was 17 then.

It took me 9 1/2 years to figure out what it was that I was supposed to do.

9 1/2 years of living in and out of my car.

Wondering how I was actually going to pay for food and rent if I had been so
lucky to

have a place to live.

It took me 9 1/2 years of learning how to live,

9 1/2 years of what was some of the best times in my life

and some of the worst times of my life to land where I've landed today.

It took me 2 years of totally insanity in this industry (Network Marketing)
to

finally swallow my pride and set aside my ego and

admit that I was failing miseralbly and that maybe just maybe

I needed some real training and all the mumbo jumbo my upline

was feeding me...maybe just maybe wasn't the whole truth.

I knew I was supposed to be successful and I knew that I was supposed

to do something different with my life...

and after 9 1/2 years of struggling, growing, and taking blow after blow

life was throwing at me I said...

enough is enough.

I am Rebecca Johnson and I will not let life throw me for a whirl.

So I decided to do the one thing that I had never done before...

INVEST IN MYSELF.

INVEST IN MY EDUCATION.

No, I'm not talking about a college education...

I'm talking about communication education, mindset education, marketing
education.

I learned through training manuals, one on one coaching, and training CD's.

I learned how to be a freaking MARKETER.

I learned that it was ok to be MYSELF.

And I learned to be PROUD of who I AM.

Who am I?
