The best gift to give someone (and cheap too) Everyone really needs to read this.

This has to be one the best gifts I have ever bought for friends and relatives. Though only about thirty dollars it was always the most talked about and appreciated gift.

One day while surfing the internet, I ran across a site called "photostamps.com. I found that you could take a photo (any photo) and have it made into a sheet of legal United States postage stamps.

I took pictures of my Grandchildren and had them made into stamps, took a portion of the stamps, along with the original photo and framed it (see photo). I was so impressed that I began giving these as gifts at weddings, birthdays, Christmas, anniversaries and other special events.

It was amazing to me how a gift costing about $30.00 was more appreciated that some costing hundreds of dollars.

I have absolutely no connection with photostamps.com.

You will not believe how much people will appreciate this type of gift. I now have all my grandchildren's photo stamps and original photo on my livingroom wall.

I did the same thing for my two daughters for Christmas. I had the stamps made of my grandchildren and gave them to the girls for Christmas presents.

I didn't know you could do this with legal stamps. This is a great idea for grandparents. Instead of gifts they'll put in a drawer and never use, photos of the kids and grandkids on stamps would be practical and a conversation starter among friends.

I still do this today on special occasions. The look on their faces is one of disbelief and total surprise.
