Who Should Get The Kids?

You would have to be living on another planet not to have not heard about the bizarre and crazy behavior of Britney Spears.  If it was just her, I would have to say, "Who cares?"  But unfortunately, the girl said Baby one more time a couple of times and ended up with two innocent boys who may deserve a better parent and role model.

Her divorce from K-Fed granted the couple 50/50 custody of the two boys, but Kevin has recently filed a suit asking for sole custody citing a July report to the Department of Child and Family Services (DCFS) concerning the parenting of Sean Preston, 23 months, and Jayden James, 11 months.  He is concerned that Britney's recent behavior may be putting their sons at risk.

So who should get the kids?

I am not really sure but of the two I think that K-Fed seems more stable, I do not think he causes as much trouble as Britney

If I knew Kevin's real motive I'd tell you. But that girl has turned crazy! Did you see the pics the other day of her going out in a shirt and her behind was hanging out? This is in addition to the crotch shots!

A responsible third party adult should be given custody of these poor children.

Scarily enough I would have to say rapper bad boy image K-Fed has more sense than broken-down Britney. It's sad. She was a pretty girl and fame screwed her up. People always used to tell me to put my kids into modeling and I never went for it. I saw too many stories of burned out kids who got put in the spotlight young. I'll enjoy my beautiful children and let them hopefully grow up sane and normal!

I think K-Fed should. And I am not usually one to vote for the man to get the kids but I want the kids to be safe and sound.

I couldn't make that decision, but I hope somebody takes a good hard look at the situation so that it's not just money talking or greasing the wheels.

Her parents should step in and watch out for those kids when they are with Britney or maybe Kevin should get them.

not her thats for sure, she does not deserve them. I have been speculating that she does not really want the kids (consciously or subconsciously) and has been doing all this crazy stuff so that they would get taken away from her and she wouldn't have to feel guilty about abandoning them or looking to the public that she had abandoned them. And would have the bonus of all the publicity and the woe is me tyoe stuff to go on about for a long time. I do not think she is mature enough to raise kids.

I would have to say neither and give them to either set of grandparents. But then again, Brittany & Kevin didn't turn out so well either!

Seriously though, it's a hard decision to make without knowing all the facts and not just those the gossip magazines print. I wouldn't want to be the judge who has to make this decision, that's for sure.

neither should have them. he will just let his next woman take care of them. She is currently unstable and obviously her mom is not a good parent either.
