I usually don't like them very much at all, but these had just fallen off a shrub, and I took them home to photograph them. I ate one and it was so sweet! I've decided that what I don't like are hazelnuts that have sat around in stores forever already...

Love your illustrations. Aren't hazelnuts also called filberts?
