Cliques! who's at the top of the food chain...

You've got the:

populars who sit at the middle table and wont even talk to anyone else.

the jocks && the cheerleaders!

the air guitar players (HOW ARE THEY NOT LOWER THAN ME?!?!)

the preps

the soccer team

the drama club

the glee club

the band

the science freaks

the math geeks

and then the bottom of the food is: me, and some of my friends who attend church and love Jesus.

What is wrong with that?!?!?!?!

ABSOLOUTLY NOTHING

now why does it matter......it doesnt.

So then why does everyone make such a big deal....just for once i would love to see someone from a diffrent clique atleast talking to someone diffrent.

You know it doesnt bother me if im at the bottom forget the stupid cliques and the cool lists, and who already has a date to the first school dance. NO ONE CARES! atleast not me. And if I am no one...fine. Im happy to be a no one.

So whatever. If everyone is gonna be snooby and shot up and shallow and to obsorbed to pay attention to anyone fine.

Whatever.

But im happy where im at. Forget the cliques && cool lists && the school dances && and who cheated on who && who's gossiping!

LOSE EVERYTHING!

Honey, its school....kids will be kids. Eventually we move passed that stage. For now, don't worry about it. To each they're own. You are in a great group of kids right now. They are probably the best group of friends around, the most honest and probably the most mature. Cliques are silly, but its something we all go through. Don't let it bother you; its all temporary and will soon pass. HUGS

Yeah i know Reba...and I dont let them get to me...actually i find it very comical that im at the bottom.lol :) Yeah defintly Kathleen...see im with my group of friends b/c i like them...not b/c its some clique!

Peer pressure... always difficult to deal with. But, hey, break the mold and be the one to talk to all those who won't have anything to do with you. You'll probably be laughed at and scorned, but then again, you might make a friend while you share a Friend with them!

I had a couple of good friends all throughout highschool. We hung out together in the mornings and did things together... I'm not sure what clique we were in... Probably our own little uncool clique. It didn't bother me though... I really enjoyed them... Somehow you have to learn to be happy where you are.

lol....yeah thats where I got this whole article Ideal from Tab. I went up and talked to a popular OMGOSH..lol. And she like freaked and explained this all to me but hey whatever. And then i showed up at cheerleading try-outs lol.
O sarah dont get me wrong I am....very much. yeah thats kinda how it is with me & my friends our own uncool group...lol.

haha, great article! In high-school I was in a weird situation. I didn't belong to a specific clique, thus I had friends across the board. Which clique does a leather jacket wearing, punk, christian, rock and roll band leader, deep thinker belong in?

I agree with Duncan. I never did cliques.
I could not imagine excluding someone because they were not cool enough or did not fit in.

I agree. I mean i talk to anyone who talks to me.
But most of em dont.

But now that ive reached High school...sometimes it seems harder to deal with.
