My brother in law own 25 arces of land, and there is 3 housing area surrounding it, they keep offering million and million and he say no not this time,,
It's the same way here in Jersey, Stephanie, but they're develpoing something called the Highlands Act, which will prevent future development in certain areas of the state. The problem with that is, though, that they're carrying it TOO far. If you own property in that area, you have to go before a board for permission to put up a new shed! I would like to buy a horse farm, but I will have to buy property that already was one, or make sure it is not in the Highlands area, or I can't build a stable.
