Had corned beef and cabbage for supper, even though we are not Irish, my mom cooks it every year

2. Do you wear green every Year on St.Patrick's day? - not on the actual day but my old boss has a party every year on the Saturday closest to St. Patrick's Day and we have to wear green or else we can't get through the door.
3. What did you do for St. Patty's Day in 2007? - nothing on the actual day, the party was held at the end of the month (she was having work done on her house and it was finished until then).

I correct people and tell them it is St Patrick's day. And ask them in this day and age of P.C why is it ok to generalize white Irish people as sloppy drunks.
