What are you doing this weekend?

My husband has four days off but I don't think we have anything special planned.. I wish we had some money to go away, but unemployment doesn't pay you very much. Here in FL we're just waiting for it too cool down.. Seems its been 90 and plus for six years!! But at last the Hurricanes have stayed away. This has been an unusually dry summer for us.. usually we haev afternoon storms which lowers the temps somewhat or at least the sun is behind clouds and not beating down on you!! But I keep remembering how beautiful it is in the Winter so i won't complain... much!!

Happy Weekend! Can you believe this is the last weekend before September! Christmas is right around the corner!!

Tomorrow I fly out to New Jersey! For training. I'm hopeful that the air space in the US doesn't get closed down while I'm up there.

I have some errands and yard sales I want to go to this morning, take my middle son to work on a truck he is helping restore, do some writing, then this evening I have to go to my friends daughters bday party that will last til about 10 tonight. I was going to a truck and tractor pull but they want 16.00 for adults(used to be 10) so I will go to the bday party with the kids instead.

Cleaning my grandparents house( they are in their 80's), then off to see grandmother in a nursing home and I think some more housework today....tonight me and the fiance are hitting the town. We haven't been out on a 'date' since June. Maybe a movie and he loves this place called Red, white and blue, its a southern blues type of eatery. They have jazz playing and southern musician pictures hanging everywhere. He loves the food. Pulled pork and spicy everything. It should be a nice night out.
