As I sit gazing sadly in the mirror of my mind
The thoughts reflected back at me are not always very kind.
The words I’ve said that I wished I’d not
The things remembered which were best forgot
The friends who’ve gone from my life away
Those whom I’d counted on always to stay
The seasons have come and still seasons will go
I have accomplished so little, I have not much to show
The dreams I’ve dreamed which have not come true
The secrets hopes, that no one else knew.
These all hide within me, in this old heart of mine
Let me shed a few tears, and I will be fine.
I will rise on the morrow, with bright shining eyes
Tonight’s pain behind me, I've learned the art of disguise.

It's such a sad poem, but written nicely. The only comment I have is that some lines are too long and they throw off the rhythm a bit.
But it's definitely something that people can relate to because you very nicely describe the emotions, which is what matters the most!
