10 Reasons Teachers are Lucky !

You hear so much negativity these days from teachers and about teachers. So, this article is different. I am going to write about why I as a teacher think I am lucky !! (I honestly think that I am)

10.) Every Single Day is Different

9.) I get to deal with very few ADULTS...(trust me, this is a perk some days)

8.) Every September, I get to start fresh with my job.

7.) I am in charge.

6.) I don't have any time for boredom while at work.

5.) The drama of teens makes my life drama seem minimal.

4.) Lots of time off for regrouping and clearing the mind.

3.) My career impacts every other career in the world in one way or another.

2.) The lightbulb moments (when the finally get it)....

and the number 1 reason that I am lucky to be a teacher...................................

1.) KIDS ARE GOOD PEOPLE, Inherently, they just want to be liked and respected.....and even the worst behaved ones will eventually react to respect.....Trust me, I have seen it !!
