I'm in Deep Shift right now with the end of grad school, changes at work and no clear direction of where to go next. So I plow into my projects and keep doing what I have always done--eat too much, sit too much, stare into the monitor too much.
I can see with more clarity than ever that my old habits aren't supporting me.
SHIFT!
It gets uncomfortable when big shifts of energy happen. That's the most important time to channel thoughts and keep looking at what we want.
It's so easy to get distracted by the past. Who wants to go back there?
It's so easy to worry about the future. But worrying just makes more of what we don't want.
So, think about what we do want....
How does it feel to be healthy, to run up a couple flights of stairs while talking to a friend?
How does it feel to learn about a fabulous conference on the other side of the country, and only consider whether it will fit into our schedule?
How does it feel to have a yard that looks like a woodland fantasy of hostas, ferns, iris and other plants?
Got to go now. I have a lot of visualizing to do, and it's almost break time!

...and ready--so ready--for a major gear change. Let us share our introspections, and verbalize what we're almost afraid to think of doing next.
I think you have a good start here. I has caused me to do a little evaluating, too.
I want to spend the rest of the year re-learning exactly the things you have listed here...and stretch out in perhaps several new directions.
