Jane magazine has called it quits. I recieved the following letter today:

With regret, we have decided that we will no longer be publishing Jane.
In its place, we will be sending you Allure for the duration of your remaining Jane subscription term.

I'm heart broken. Jane and Allure are not similar. Jane is what I would consider the bad girls Cosmo. It has more edge and is less sorority girl and more rocker girl (this comming from a rocker sorority girl). With articles like "143 ways to rock summer '07" "42 skimpy (not skanky) outfits" "Celebs that rock a little too hard" "Wierd new agey therapies you haven't heard of yet" and "10 books you must have".
I only recieved 2 issues of my subscription and Im seriously sad. I get a bunch of magazines (free usually) and this is pretty much the only one I read. I might have to go on a hunt for old issues. :( Anyone have any?

It was racy but I loved that! they did a boob issue a month or two back and took like 20 women and took pictures of their boobs to show girls what REAL boobs look like, not super model boobs or photoshoped boobs. I actually feel a lot better about my boobs because of it.
Funny thing is...I don't remember subscribing:) But I do get Allure.
I have not received one of those letters yet.
Another good magazine bites the dust! DAMN!!!
