Thank you Lord for the hurt and pain

It helps me remember that I am still alive

Thank you Lord for the tears and emotions

Because I thought I forgot how to love

Thank you Lord for the endings

Because they lead me into the beginnings

Thank you Lord for the bumps in the road

They remind me that I can go on

Thank you Lord for the trials and tribulations

They remind me that I am strong

Thank you Lord most of all for your love

Because in it I am safe from harm

A good friend once told me that life is a rollercoaster. It would be boring if the tracks were all flat. That is why there are ups, downs and hairpin turns. Its exciting
