New Group: Travel Mexico

Here is an invitation for everyone to join the new Gather group Travel Mexico. This group is for those of us who love traveling in Mexico, those of us who would love to travel in Mexico, and those who might want to learn more about this beautiful country. Even armchair adventurers are welcome and will find something of interest here!

Right now, you can enjoy a tour of a beautiful national park in Urupan, Michoacan State (Yes, Mexico has states, just like the U.S.) through Don Rico's featured photo essay, Ruiz National Park. Stop by for a look, and stay for a while!

I love Mexico! Even though I haven't been to the beaches (Cancun, Playa, Cabo, Xihuateneho, Vallarta, Acapulco, would love to visit those) I have spend some time in Mexico City and Monterrey, plus the piramides, etc.

I just joined. When I get a chance I'll dig out my photos of a trip my SO and I took to some off-the-beaten-path places, including a really great beach, a couple years ago.
