This past weekend Matt and I headed up north for my cousin's wedding. We enjoyed excellent food at mom and dad's and a wonderful buffet at the reception. It was all good!
Breakfast for the morning after: Southwestern style scrambled eggs, corned beef hash, two kinds of fresh salsa, bagels, toast and fresh orange juice.
Lunches: Sausage and Veggie soup using many items from our garden, with toasted sourdough/provolone.

Ham, turkey, double cheddar cheese, tomato and cucumber on a fresh hoagie roll.
The desserts:
Brownie sundaes and fresh peach cobbler.

The reception food, served buffet style. Just the way we like it: sweet and sour cabbage, fresh vegetables, steak diane (?), pulled pork from a pig roast, mashed potatoes, fresh kielbasa, gravy and barbecue sauce.

Needless to say, no one went away hungry.

I am not sure I want to post a pic of him digging for nuggets. Or at least appearing to do it...
Wiaka, good question! I will find out and send you a PM.
Rob, everyone seemed to like it all!
and I'm sure it tastes better
than this old fish!
