Today is another of my daughter's favorite combinations ~ avocado and bananas! This one is really simple and great for any meal. It's smooth and creamy texture is sure to be pleasing to your baby! Avocados are loaded with good fats and vitamins that baby needs; it is considered a near-perfect food. Dr Sears even recommends it as a great first food for baby. It is easy to prepare as you don't have to cook it.
Banana Avocado Medley

Spoon into ice cube trays and freeze. Once frozen solid, pop cubes into freezer bag, label with date and food type and return to freezer. To thaw, microwave in ten second intrevals, stirring at each ten seconds. Be sure to test baby's food for temperature before feeding.
Note: Bananas should not be fed to baby every day as they can make baby constipated.
