"Dark Legend" - Christine Feehan

So... I have read all of the book in this series leading up to this one and I have to tell you... I don't know how she is going to top this one... It's about a true Carpathian Legned named Gabriel who has a twin brother named Lucian... LOVE the names BTW... He has been in a battle with his twin for over 2000 years trying to destroy him because he has "turned"... Francesca, his lifemate is a healer and she has a soft spot for the less fortunate... Major twist in this one, Gabriel had seen Francesca before and did not recognize her as his lifemate... He was "too focused on saving the world"... But Francesca did recognize him and lived for centuries thinking her lifemate had abandoned her... The story has had many twists and turns and I am REALLY wondering if there is a better book by Christine Feehan!!

I read it and loved! She topped herself in "Dark Guardian", the next one. It's about
Gabriel's twin. If you think Gabriel is hot, Lucian is hotter. You better read it for yourself.

O I plan on it!!! Bought it when I bought "Dark Legend".... I knoew who the next one was about so it's kinda ruined the end of this one but it's still GREAT!!

Just a FYI, you do realize this is a re-print. This is only book 8 and I have read all of them, including the anthologies. Book 16: Dark Possession comes out on August 28, 2007. I can't wait. This is an awesome series. I like all her series so far. You can check out her website www.christinefeehan.com. Also, if you like her writing you should checkout Sherrilyn Keyon/Kenyon Macgregor (same person).
