Today was the first morning after a summer of lazing around that I had to get up and go to work. There were no kids, rather a day of workshops. I have two more to go and then another week off before back to school for good. So, when you have time off, do you have trouble getting back into the swing of things that first day or so? I feel so warn out and I didn't do anything that strenuous.
One thing I need to do over the next week is get back into a routine of sleeping normal hours and eating meals at meal time. We have been terrible about that this summer. So, what tips do you have for getting back into the swing of things?

We have had extra kids for two weeks and illness to boot. Put all this with summer schedule and all the chores and I am a bit overwhelmed. So I definitely am thinking of what my schedule needs to be.
I think I will have to keep on eye these suggestions myself to see if any can help me too :) And Gather going down at 10pm sure will help too! I will be able to get to bed on time tonight! LOL!
