I the Queen of Dandelions who dwells upon the moon
invite you all to visit me, I'm waiting for you soon
I have a group of wonderful people here with me,
William, Wilma, Rita, Marge and good o' Barbara B.
Each of us has our has our very own specialty
I watch over dandelions, and see that they procreate
William is our only guy, can you speculate
Wilma she has ants, and a chocolate factory
Marge watches over llamas making sure that they don't spit
And Rita, she's watching out for snakes, hope we don't get bit,
And of course there is Barbara, seeking Elvis, protecting B.
We had to escape here to the moon,To live more peacefully,
the FBI and CIA , made us have to flee
For someone spread some rumors that somehow sealed our fate
We took William as our hostage, As usual he was late
But I sprinkled us with fairy dust from dandelion seed
And we traveled with great velocity, a plane we didn't need
We have this beautiful castle, standing lightly on the moon
Living in such comfort, no need for any gloom
Each one of us is lighter, and we just bounce around
Waiting for the next group of you to visit in our town
When you feel you're ready to explore this lovely place,
Just close your eyes, and put a smile upon your face
Turn on your imagination, your pillow is your space station
We are waiting for your arrival with great anticipation

I can still hear my Mom teach me the song "I see the moon and the moon sees me" - I might have been 2 years old- it's one of my earliest memories.
The moon from here was a brilliant apricot as I drove home from work tonight - very pretty.
Thanks for coming by the coffee shop. I see Norma has it open this morning again. She got a lot of return commenting done yesterday. I hope to catch up with some today.

I was trying to visualize how that must look to the moon people. Would they be called moonies?
