How many of you enjoy Auctions? We recently had an auction company start having them in our little town. What a treat. Every Friday night we try to go. Buying isn't as important as the funny pitchmen, or the fact that we get out of the house, and run into lots of folks we know. When we do buy, we always get bargains. I set myself a limit on what I'll pay for an item. One thing that surprises me is how little many know about the value of things. Even the Auction people often don't understand what they have. That's good! I had to laugh tonight because it's getting so the auction people are asking me about things! Tonight they were selling a "vase." They said it would be great with peacock feathers in it! Guess what? It was an umbrella stand! Hee hee hee.....
