Pissed! I hate this ‘UPGRADE' Gather has put in. In addition to the inevitable glitches, there's too much stuff on each page. To accommodate this extra stuff, I see that the text is getting smaller and I DON'T LIKE IT!
Plus, I've lost a good many of my pictures and getting beyond the front page once I hit a rating is - it's just crap!
I might like it better - nah, probably not - but if I could do videos, at least I could amuse myself with that for a while, but I can't do videos and I'm tired of a bazillion video groups popping up. I thought I might be able to do slideshows once the video feature was installed but Gather will not accept PhotoBucket format. And I'm too irritated to find another place to do the shows.
This is a little scary too. I've been part of many on-line writing bloggy groups and inevitably when they began to expand and overcrowd the pages, they went belly-up. I don't know why. I'm told that Gather has a bunch of corporate funding, so maybe they'll be able to weather any storms.
So, I've a decision to make. Stay or go. I'll give it some time to see if my resistance lessens.
Do you think I have a problem with change?

I do have a collection of autographed books and pieces that I've collected from very talented writers on line and you are definitely one of the best.
