A Day at the Beach

The path to the beach looks as though it might take us into another world entirely. A place filled with magic, fairies and maybe even a dragon or two. Walking through the tree-lined tunnel puts us into a quiet awe.

Gabriel can hardly contain his excitement once we reach "the big water." He points excitedly, his joy evident on his face.

And what a beautiful ocean it is. What a great God to have created such splendor! We were right to think we were entering a magical place.

Micah sets right to work playing in the sand. A messy face and smile make my heart melt.

While my older children are happily enjoying the sand and water, I soak up the sun with my precious baby girl.

Gideon has enjoyed many things today. He now sits contemplating his collection of beach treasures.

and a very nice essay too! this would make a neat kids book...maybe you should print it out for the kids! I'll bet they would love to see themselves in a book! :-D
