TV Lies

TV is full of so much crap, and yet our culture is persuaded so much by the crap that is put out on it.  I was just watching a show, where a middle aged mom wanted to return to her glory 'rockstar' years.  Give me a break.  So, the show set her up with a stylist and all kinds of clothes.  She got a makeup artist to put on Alexandra de markoff makeup and other kinds of products, which they gave further tips on.  Then, she got her hair done and....drumroll....commercial!  When they came back, the husband and son and mother all cried tears of joy, and they had a photo shoot like it was her wedding day.  Crazy.

I want to pitch an idea to a producer that shows what these peoples' lives our like after their day of fame.  I'd love to see a documentary on all of the one hit reality show wonders, whose lives now suck.  Wake up people.  These changes are temporary.  Only one thing can change your life, the love of Jesus.  It's not narrow, it's the truth.  If I offend you, sorry.  I choose to offend you as opposed to God.
