Sales of "Crack Spackle" jumped tremendously after the aldermen of the city of Mansfield, LA passed a new city ordinance yesterday making it illegal for any person to appear in public wearing pants below the waist that expose skin or undergarments. Citizens found guilty can be fined up to $150 or spend 15 days in jail.
Similar ordinances have already passed in many LA cities and parishes. The city of Shreveport will vote on a similar ordinance today.
Members of HAVA (Housewives Against Visual Atrocities) have united and are taking a stand regarding the issue. Ima Crackawatcha, President, stated in a recent press release, "I'm concerned about the potential damage this is doing to the eyes of this community. When my septic line ruptured two months ago Joe the Plumber was called. When he bent over to fix the ooze squirting from the sewer line I suffered temporary blindness!"
