How You Can Lose Weight NowÂ
Ready to start my Weight Loss Program for the week.Â Today, I prepare....
For snack, I prepare these delicious fresh fruits to help me cleanse my body.Â I included nectarines, strawberries, pineapple, mint, and a dip of nonfat yogurt.
For drink, I have a hot lemon tea to help me flush body toxins.Â It promotes intestinal contractions to speed the elimination of fat storing toxins.Â It will boost my metabolism.
For exercise, I will do my 45 minutes cardio exercise in the gazzelle (elliptical).Â My abs exercises to help me with my "get a flat stomach goal."Â
Fitness: I have been working out my abdominal muscles every 2 day.
The main target is the big muscle the "transversus abdominus."
This is the muscle that holds the stomach.Â Strengthening this muscle will help me tone the belly and decrease the belly fat or big tummy look.Â For my waistline, I will target the obliques.
I will check my weekly diet plan for my menu. I will also review my weight loss diet to include foodÂ that speed up my metabolism. My goal is to lose about 3 pounds of fat this week.Â So, I will calculate my calories burning, taking in consideration that I need to burn 3500 calories for each pound of fat.Â This can be done by combining a healthy diet, nutritional supplements, and exercises.
After losing those 80 pounds of fat from 230 pounds and keeping the weight off for over 3 years, the target is to have a toned midesection, my flat stomach. It will be my personal weight loss success story to get my flat abs.Â That will be incredible!
