I don't know why you think a president, that has stripped the very constitution he swore to uphold is worth any respect at all. How do you do that? You are not asking people to honor the presidency, because we all do that. You are asking us to respect the moron in the office. No moron is incorrect, traitor is more to the point. When he stood up and swore to protect the constitution, and then did everything he could manage to change it and strip us of our rights, he ceased being respectable, because he respects nothing. He has said, if you believe the sources, that the constitution is just a piece of paper, well, if that is true to him, then this is true to me, he is just a man.
Bush has done NOTHING to deserve respect. Just the opposite.
