16 - 20 oz Mixed Vegetables
Velveeta or Chedder Cheese
1 stack of Ritz Crackers
1 stick of Margarine or Butter
Directions:
Put vegetables in a greased 9 X 9 baking dish. Put just barely enough water to cover the vegetables (about 1 cup max)
Cover with slices of cheese. Crush the crackers and put over the cheese.
Melt the butter or margarine, pour on top.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
* The cheese will melt down. The crackers will become a crunchy top.*
