Reno Fontana is refurbishing Elvis Presley's old California desert home as a tourist attraction.
Fontana and his wife Laura, bought the Palm Springs home in November.
"I want this to be Elvis of California," he said.
The Spanish-style white stucco home has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a pool.
Elvis and his wife Priscilla bought the home in April 1970, but lived there part-time.
Many fans have already asked to see inside the house.
I would love to see it.

I had been to Graceland and stayed at Coco Palms in Kauai where he also stayed and where the wedding scene in Blue Hawaii was filmed.
I have been to Graceland.
I didn't know about the Palm Springs place that Elvis had, I'm sure people will go nuts over it.
Dan, you just don't get it. Either you love Elvis or you don't there's no real middle ground.
