Hello My friends...A Townsend Family Saga Update... Aug 11, 2007

Hello All,

One week into training and I have recived a 90% on the first test.  All goes well and I am pleased with both the nature (customer care over the phone and computer) of the work and the tools we are being trained to use. I am not mentioning the spacific company out of respect for there propritory info. ( meaning I do not want to acidentaly infring on their copy rights or training info that is not public domain.)

But I get to recive incoming calls in the small busness to very very large corperiate level and asist them with their needs. crediting accounts ordering services and trouble shooting issues.

The pay is good with bonuses etc esp high ones for the call's that secretly get listened in on that I serve the customer well with.

Three weeks of in class to go then I begin to take live call's and prepare for certification.  I see my abilities as an asset here and I see severial avenews for advancement.
