Last week I entered a photo contest for the first time. I submitted 4 photos, 2 color and 2 monochrome to the "30th Anniversary of the Oregon Salon of Photography". And, guess what? Out of 1,194 photos one of my photos was selected for display.
I'm curious how the judges rating of my photos compare to the opinions of the masses (that means all you folks).
Rank the photos below 1 through 4. Anyone who can guess how the judges ranked the photos will be entered in a drawing for an 8x10 of any of the photos I've posted on Gather. I'll pick a winner on August 23rd, the day before the show opens. Good Luck!

I especially like number 1 because it's different than the usual kind of pic, but the other pics have their own charm too. Congrats for being selected!

2 Santiago The dragonfly seems to be etched into the blue
3 Fisherman's Walk the contrasting curves and lines and shadows are interesting
4 On A Thistle There was just too much green for me

Personally I like the color photos. The purple on the bee and blossom is great, and the dragonfly is also nice to look at.
