And They're All Dead...

If you go onto Itunes or aol video, you can watched the unaired original pilot for Gilligan's Island. It had a completely different theme song. Only half the cast was the same. Gilligan, the skipper, the millionaire, and his wife were all cast members. However, instead of having the professor, mary anne, and the movie star (Ginger), there was a high school teacher and 2 secretaries. When I watched both the unaired and the aired pilot (the aired pilot had the cast that we're all familiar with), the 1st 1/4 of the episode was completely the same (with the different characters too), but the last 3/4 were different. The school teacher and the 2 secretaries were quite unmemorable and not the distinct characters that the other casts members were. If you're bored and you have an hour, go watch both of them. They're free. Back to the title of this bulletin, Gilligan, the skipper, the millionaire, and his wife, the original characters in both episodes, are all dead. Yet, the professor, Mary anne, and ginger are all still alive.
