Braving my new circumstances
with brazier hot tears;
those barbarous traitors
haven't betrayed me in years.
Now refusing my barest control,
they fall, un-barred and cold.
Freezing barbs running down my face;
abrasive creatures enjoying the chase.
Oh gondolier, sing your sweet song,
your barcarole to release my heart.
Let the bard brandish his tale,
embracing an end to this farce.
Set free my branded heart.
I've not bargained for such pain.
Hot brazier tears flow now unchecked;
frozen barbs upon my face.

This was just beautiful. Thank you so much for such an emotionally charged write. Excellent use of bar-bra. I know she'll love it!!!
Apparently, I have aquired a special fan of my PPOW's who leaves me a 1 on each of them. Luckily, it seems confined to these poems. O'bla de, O'bla da in deed my friend!
Thank you very much for this lovely and moving poem. I really loved it! You were very kind to have taken the time to have written such a beautiful verse and use the first two parts of my first name as the keyword(s). Thank you, again.
