My Dream Vacation - Write On Challenge

My dream vacation takes me away to a little spot on the west coast of Ireland, where I had the joy to go two years ago... and which, I am so thankful to God, I will see again in October when I return.  The country itself is so lush and beautiful.  I was so afraid I'd be disappointed after hearing about it all my life - after reading about the many shades of green which color the landscape.  Could it be all that it was built up to be?  Ah yes, all that and more.  And then, to have the thrill of having a cousin with a Bed and Breakfast encased neatly between the Bay of Sligo and the Atlantic Ocean on a special little piece of heaven was almost more than I could bear.  A feeling of poetry hangs in the very air over the place and sets it apart in a country which is already a paradise of inspiration.  Rolling farmland stretches on the other two sides of the B&B which do not face water, and there are cows grazing and lowing in the fields, it is like another world, definitely another time.  It is truly a dream come true to be able to return to this special place as it is certaintly somewhere I long for in my heart.
