It's the end of a long Monday. Was yours long?   Anyway, thought we would list those adult beverages. You know the ones after the kids head off to bed. The ice cold beer on the way home. Yep! List your favorites!!

Well, I like many others, don't drink alcohol. Not that I never have, but not anymore. My nighttime drink tonight is a cold glass of Pepsi. Should be water, but the Pepsi sure does taste good tonight.

I like warm tea (decaf or non caffeine one), I think it helps reduce the number of fat absorbed from the dinner.
