Thank you God for this day.
I pledge to use it well.
Oh, and God, about last Tuesday — it wasn't my fault. See this guy I know ... well, You know all that.
Wednesday, I had a little too much to drink so that wasn't me trying to cram a lifetime of sin into one night, not the "real" me is what I'm sayin'.
Thursday — all my fault. I should have known if I turned the 1987 NASCAR Highlights program on after breakfast that the whole day would slide away.
Friday worked out pretty well. BTW, I wasn't going into the bar for a drink. At noon? Nah, just wanted to check on the ball game. But thanks for the lightning bolt reminder. It's those little touches that make you my kinda Guy.
Talk to you again Sunday — unless the Hawks make the playoffs.
No, remember, we talked about that ...

MM, apparently He talks back to the guy in the above story.
Marsha, I think he doesn't consider it sin but maybe just stepping off the trail a step or two.
Chuckled at that. Nothing like raising your hand and saying, "Yup. That was me. My bad."
Turn left and go fast. (video link)
Re: 1987 NASCAR - I just made that up. But I have been to those 1/4 mile tracks in the boonies where that's all they do - the ones with the chicken wire to "protect" the spectators! Scary stuff.
Thanks for steering me here!
GEESH!
;o)
If there aren't any in Cloverdale, come to Marin County where we have one therapist for every two residents (zoning regulations don't you know).

John, let's have Enhanced Thinking not debased derivatives of The Screwtape Letters. Eh. goD, John, is not your warm, fuzzy, imaginary friend. Richard Feynman, god love him, was as close as any human has gotten in a while. Hawking is just too, too cognitive - he should get out more. Dawkins is so simple minded he might just get it - if he stops the strident blather. You'll know, can know, your thinking is genuinely Enhanced when y'all just laugh - for Christ's sake, read some Terry Pratchett.
