For those of you with kids in the 5-18 range, there's a survey site that allows kids to complete kid-friendly, 100% age appropriate surveys for points.
The points can then be turned in for prizes from a cataloug- including things like gift cards (Walmart, Claire's, Amazon.com, and a few others), toys (baby doll items, drawing kits, and others), video games (for xbox, 360, PS2, gamecube, wii, etc), Nintendo DS's, iPods, and even the option to donate the money to charities like the Red Cross and Humane Society.
The survey's are ones I've sat in on with the kids, and they are all age appropriate. You can sit with them while they take the surveys.
The group that sponsers them puts out classroom "magazines" once a month for schools, and the information they get from the surveys is how they stay 'up to date' on what kids like, dislike, what the biggest want for Christmas is, how they feel about things like peer pressure, celebrities, school, and more. The company is called Weekly Reader Insiders. For those who haven't heard of them, they're similiar to the Scholastic magazines children read in the classroom. They feature current events topics from favored celebrities, favorite charity, political views, etc- always done in a way to appeal to the age group, hence the survey site for all different aged kids.

My oldest daughter's referral code is: P14497445358. When you sign your child(ren) up, I just ask that you use that. It gives her a few extra points!
As an aside, we've been members for almost 2 years now, and have cashed in a few times, and we've always received the prize chosen within 3 weeks time. We've never once been "stiffed".
If you have any questions about the survey group, let me know!!
